1. What's your earliest memory?
Earliest memory I have that still remains clear to me is playing with my race kit track in the hall way of my parents’ apartment. It was the coolest thing I’ve ever had as kid…
2. What were you like at school?
I was a pretty quiet kid. I started producing at a pretty young age so people knew me as the music freak.
3. What would your best friend say was your best quality?
That I’m still the same Ferry they knew when we were little.
4. And your worst fault?
Very critical in my productions…I know it should actually be considered as a good quality…but I can really take it too far sometimes!
5. What are you good at that would surprise people?
Snowboarding… I started as early as 7 years old and absolutely love the sport.
6. What is the best gig you ever played?
Aside from Creamfields ;-)… My annual summer parties in Rotterdam. It’s the second year I’ve done it and it just keeps getting better and better…
7. Will you be checking out any other acts/djs at this years Creamfields festival?
As much as I would like to, I don’t think I’ll get to actually. There are way too many top DJs playing that it will be hard to choose.I’ll also be doing a meet and greet to promote my new album “L.E.F” , so if you have the time… come and hang out with me in the meet and greet section!!!
8. What are your top 3 festival essentials?
With the summer we have been having so far, sunblock, shades, and an a few fantastic belters for ultimate summer fun…
9. Sum up Creamfields in 5 words…
F*ck the five words…a summer without it is no summer at all.
10. If you could be any animal what would you be and why?
An eagle: sharp, beautiful, and rare…
Ferry Corstan will be performing at this years Creamfields festival on Sat 26th August @ Daresbury Halton, tickets on sale £54+BF, Cream Ticketline: 0870 242 7326.
